Track Your Order
Every Scare Stare order gets a tracking link by email the moment it leaves the warehouse. Nothing to log into, nothing to look up.
Where's my tracking email?
Two things to check first:
- Your spam and promotions folders. Shipping confirmations land there more often than they should.
- The timing. Orders are packed and handed off within 1–2 business days, so the tracking email comes after that, not at the moment you order.
Tracking says nothing has moved
A label can sit as "pre-shipment" for a day or two before the first carrier scan. That's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong. If it still hasn't updated after 3 business days, get in touch.

- US Standard — $8, free on orders of $70 or more
- US Express — $15, available at checkout
- International — free shipping, longer transit times
If you want it in the window before Halloween, don't order in the last week of October. That's when every carrier backs up.
