Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

- International — free shipping worldwide. Transit times are longer and vary by country. Any customs or import fees are the buyer's responsibility.

How to start a return
- Message us through the contact page with your order number.
- We'll send you return instructions.
- Once it arrives back, your refund goes to the original payment method. Banks usually take 3–5 business days to show it.
Return shipping is on you unless the piece arrived damaged or we sent the wrong one — in that case we cover it.

Send a photo through the contact page within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you. You don't need to ship a broken one back.
